Riyadh – Mubasher: National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Company (Maadaniyah) has appointed Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Fawaz as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the next four years.

Shaker bin Nafil Al Otaibi was named the Vice Chairman, while Faisal bin Dakheel Al Dakheel was announced the Secretary of the Board, according to a bourse disclosure.

The officials took over their roles for a new board term that commenced on 25 May 2026 and ends on 24 May 2030.

Last May, Maadaniyah’s industrial branch, Gulf Baas Industrial Company, entered into a supply agreement with Harbin Electric International Company (HEI) from China.
